The Howard Hughes Corporation (HHC) owns, manages and develops commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate throughout the U.S. Their portfolio of master planned communities include the Seaport District in New York, The Woodlands in Houston and Ward Village in Honolulu just to name a few.
HHC was in the midst of transforming their company to be not just about real estate and buildings, but about the communities and what they did with them that truly shaped the way people lived.
We developed a dynamic graphic language that signaled HHC being at the intersection of people, places and experiences. Using a series of distinctive H’s, it symbolized the set of connected experiences across their portfolio of properties. With the incorporation of bold imagery, color and typography as well, we created a distinctive visual system that really stood for who HHC was as a company...innovative, exciting and the leading creators of culture.
