In 2015, two major organizations, Willis and Tower Watson, merged to become the world’s leading global advisory, broking and solutions company. Together as one global company, they design and deliver solutions that manage risk, optimize benefits, cultivate talent, and expand the power of capital to protect and strengthen institutions and individuals.
They came to us to create a new brand in a quick 2 month time-frame to capture their unique perspective within the industry. First, we developed the brand positioning of Unlocking Potential to be the foundation for our visual identity. We introduced a strong graphic language called the code, representing the complexity of day-to-day business and that their advisors have the ability to see through the complexity to unlock the right solution for their clients. The symbol in their new logo uses the code as well, spelling out WTW with the pieces of code, showing the end result when all the pieces are in place, representing the final solution.
